Packages are generally shipped within 2 days of receipt of payment. They are shipped via UPS with a tracking number and delivered without a signature. Packages can also be shipped via UPS Extra and delivered against signature. Please contact us before choosing this delivery method, as it incurs additional costs. Whatever delivery method you choose, we'll send you a link to track your package online.

Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage. The preparation costs are fixed, while the transport costs vary according to the total weight of the package. We recommend that you consolidate all of your items into one order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately and shipping charges apply to each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile items.

The dimensions of the boxes are appropriate and your items are properly protected.

The transport of your package:

Packages are generally prepared and posted 24 hours after receipt of your payment. The delivery then depends on our partner the post office which can take from 2 to 3 working days depending on the type of shipment. We also deliver to Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, UK or other countries, the shipping cost is calculated automatically.

Orders are shipped from Paris, for mainland France, delivery within 48 hours,

For Corsica, delivery can take up to 7 working days by Parcelimo.

For Belgium, Luxembourg, delivery within 48H-72H.

For Spain, Italy, Netherlands, delivery within 72 hours.

The shipping methods chosen at our convenience are GLS, TNT or the post office (Colisimo).

For Spain Italy Netherlands, the shipping costs are calculated automatically.

From now on the transit advice note which will be left in your letterbox will allow you

choose a new delivery date to your home (within 6 days), or withdraw

your package at the La Poste collection point of your choice,

the next day from 3:00 p.m.

RETURN:

If you are not satisfied with the product, you have the option to reship it to us.

(by having imperatively made a request for return by email to contact@kugoostore.eu), in perfect condition and in its original packaging (closed blister pack), the shipping costs being of course at the customer's expense, within a deadline 14 working days after receipt of the item, we will then proceed to an exchange or a refund (excluding postage and return costs) according to your choice.

Beyond the withdrawal period (14 working days), no refund or exchange is admissible.
