Warranty information 

KUGOO provides a reliable warranty which is handled in the simplest way possible. Please see the table below for the warranty periods for the different products, as warranty periods differ depending on the model.

Each reseller is contractually obligated to provide a warranty certificate. If your KUGOO product has a warranty issue, you must retain the original purchase receipt, your limited warranty, and eligible warranty claims to verify your warranty eligibility.

All quality defects on items sold directly by KUGOO or authorized KUGOO dealers are covered by an extended warranty, effective from the date of purchase.

Procedure:

● The buyer must provide proof of purchase.

● The serial number of the defective item and / or visible evidence illustrating the defect is required.

● It may be necessary to return an item for quality control.

● For defective items that KUGOO must return, warranties on such replacements / repairs are void if the wrong item is returned to KUGOO or if the defective item is not returned.

● You must include your defective product in the original packaging or in the packaging approved by the dealer.

Valid proof of purchase:

● Order number for online purchases made through KUGOO or KUGOO authorized resellers.

● Purchase receipt, your limited warranty and qualifying warranty claims.

● Dated sales receipt from an authorized KUGOO dealer showing a description of the product and its price.

Please note that more than one type of proof of purchase may be required to process a warranty claim (such as receipt of the money transfer and confirmation of the address the item was originally shipped to. ). Warranty claims for product defects expire their original warranty period after opening a warranty claim. It is not possible to process a warranty claim for items that have expired their warranty period.

 

THE WARRANTY WILL BE VOID AND ALL RIGHTS OF IT WILL BE LOST IN THE FOLLOWING SITUATIONS:

● The product has not been marketed by KUGOO or one of its authorized resellers.

● The product has been modified or repaired by unauthorized technicians or / and using defective, modified or non-original equipment / accessories.

● The product has suffered accidents or damage caused by external factors, weather conditions or other similar event.

● Defects are caused by dirt, dirt, water, foreign matter, etc., if any.

● The product has been used in the rain and / or driven through a body of water deeper than 4 cm.

● Deleted / illegible serial / codes / product or part identification marks, marking or embossing manufactured for various purposes Spare parts or original parts have dents, mechanical shocks, thermal or other fractures, cracks, etc. not attributable to them.

● Damage and defects due to improper handling and transport by the buyer.

● Changes to the original condition of the product by natural influences (corrosion, condensation, etc.) due to unsuitable storage conditions.

● The product has not been used in accordance with the conditions of the user manual. - Defects of the link product are caused by vandalism or similar causes.

● The warranty period has expired.
